Sweet 'n Sour ChickenServing Size: 4Ingredients:1 pound boneless chicken -- cut in cubes 2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic -- minced 1 Cup -- green pepper strips 1 cup carrot strips 1 1/4 cups chicken bouillon 1/4 cup soy sauce -- or teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons sherry 3 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 can chuck pineapple in juice -- (8 oz.) 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
Cooking Directions:
